Easily serve hors doeuvres with sugarcane disposable plates. With a white finish and square design, these natural disposable plates have a sleek, minimalist appearance and are ideal for serving hors d'oeuvres and desserts at catered events, hotels or food service venues. Freezer-safe and microwave-safe, these sugarcane disposable plates are oil-proof to avoid staining and wet food. Lightweight and easy to serve efficiently, these mini square plates are perfect for small appetizers, salads or desserts.

At present, disposable bagasse lunch boxes are the first choice to replace disposable plastic lunch boxes in terms of environmental protection. The use of non-toxic, harmless, clean, non-polluting sugarcane disposable plates that meet food-grade health and safety standards and environmental regulations, without adding standard raw materials, is not only safer and healthier to use, but also biodegradable and more environmentally friendly. Sugarcane pulp is made from bagasse, which is made into a certain concentration of pulp through the process of hydraulic pulping and high temperature sterilization. This sugarcane pulp is a naturally biodegradable and compostable plant fiber material.

Sugarcane disposable plates Sugarcane disposable plates use sugar cane bagasse as a raw material instead of traditional petroleum-derived plastics or foam. It is now recognized globally as 100% eco-friendly tableware and 100% biodegradable tableware. Our sugarcane disposable plates are not only so environmentally friendly, but also very safe. Ultraviolet heat-pressure sterilization, vacuum operated workshops, mechanical and manual inspections ensure the safety standards and quality of the products used. Bagasse cutlery can be used in microwave, oven and refrigerator. It is resistant to hot water up to 100°C and hot oil up to 120°C. It is safe to use, non-toxic and non-hazardous.

Sugarcane bagasse tableware is compostable and degradable as it can be completely degraded to carbon dioxide and water within 30-90 days. By twisting long, thin bamboo fibers and short, thick bagasse fibers together to form a tight network, containers made from both materials are mechanically stable and biodegradable. This new green sugarcane tableware is not only as strong as plastic and can hold liquids, but it is also cleaner than biodegradable products made from recyclable materials that cannot be completely deinked.

Sugarcane disposable plates are enhanced with environmentally friendly chemicals widely used in the food industry to improve the oil and water resistance of molded tableware, thus ensuring the robustness of the product in humid environments. With this addition, bagasse tableware outperforms commercial biodegradable food containers in terms of mechanical strength, oil and grease resistance, and non-toxicity. Unlike traditional plastic products or biodegradable polymers that may take up to 450 years or high temperatures to degrade, this non-toxic and environmentally friendly material degrades in only 60 days. Sugarcane food containers have good wet mechanical strength and are very clean for serving hot coffee, hot lunches and other foods.
