Bagasse containers may sound simple and cheap, but in fact these wastes from sugar cane have great benefits. Bagasse is a very environmentally friendly fgreen fiber material, and the bagasse container is a biodegradable green tableware.
Although the plastic restriction order has been implemented for ten years, many countries and people hope that the environment will not be polluted by plastics, but we can still find that there are many disposable plastic products in our lives. Environmentally friendly materials that can replace plastic to make disposable food packaging are also constantly being explored.

Bagasse containers become a candidate for paper containers
At present, in terms of environmental protection, disposable environmentally friendly tableware is the first choice to replace plastic containers. It meets the environmental protection standards of non-toxic, harmless, clean and non-polluting in accordance with national food standards. We all know that the main raw material of disposable paper products is pulp, and pulp is mainly derived from wood. The growth time of trees is relatively long. With the increase in wood consumption and the continuous increase in the cost of wood pulp, a strange phenomenon has appeared-the disposable environmentally friendly paper lunch boxes on the market have not been widely used.
So, is there a material that is also plant fiber instead of pulp?
That is bagasse! Sugarcane pulp is made of sugarcane bagasse as raw material, which is crushed, stirred, moulded and then sterilized by high temperature to make sugarcane pulp with a certain concentration. If you are looking for a completely compostable plastic, then this sugarcane pulp can be replaced by it. It is a naturally degradable and compostable plant fiber material!

Making tableware from bagasse is the perfect circular economy
The bagasse is transformed from being directly burned as a fuel to being used as a raw material for tableware, and the remaining organic matter is converted into biomass energy, which is a perfect circular economy. From the perspective of energy, resource utilization efficiency, economic added value and ecological protection, bagasse is a better choice for the production of pulp tableware.
The direct combustion of bagasse is not efficient. The production of paper pulp tableware can not only obtain high-quality food packaging, but also the organic matter removed from the bagasse can be converted into steam. The steam is used for power generation, and then the waste water used for pulping and storage can also be converted into Biogas fuel, the food packaging produced is finally converted into biomass energy after use. Different from direct combustion, while obtaining paper pulp tableware and recycling energy, it reduces the consumption of wood raw materials and improves the resource utilization efficiency and economic added value of industrial waste. Bagasse can not only be made into food packaging, but also can be made into packaging for various products.
